01. How do I track my order status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details provided. You can use the tracking number from the email to find the status of your parcel on the carrier's website.

 

02. Can I cancel or change my order?

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel or change order details before the parcel is shipped. (You will receive an email with shipping details provided once the parcel is on its way.) If you have received your shipping details email, please wait for the arrival of your package and return it to us at the below address:

Please send us an email at contact@pokerrrrapp.com with proof of shipment for your return and we will contact you for further instruction.

 

03. Where is my refund?

Once the returned product is received and reviewed, we will process the refund back to the payment method used for the purchase and notify you through email for the updates.
Please note, the refund may take up to 10 business days to show up in your account.


04. Why didn't my promotional code work?

If you are having issues applying the promo code for your order, please send an email to contact@pokerrrapp.com with a screenshot of the checkout screen for further assistance.
